I’ve been in church a majority of my life.
I’ve preached the sermons, led the ministries, sat in the meetings, and watched people quietly walk away—not from Jesus, but from a version of church that didn’t look like Him anymore.
Somewhere along the way, we drifted.
What started as a movement of grace and truth got tangled up in systems, schedules, and self-preservation. We got better at managing things than making disciples. We knew how to grow a crowd—but not how to grow in Christ.
And honestly, a lot of people have had enough.
Not with Jesus—but with the noise, the pressure, the politics, and the performance.
That’s where Plan & Purpose comes in.
It’s not a program. It’s not another brand of church.
It’s a return to something older and truer—real discipleship, real relationships, real faith.
We believe the Church still matters.
We believe Jesus still builds His Church.
But it starts with people who follow Him for real, who live by His Word, who are being shaped by His Spirit.
God once said through Ezekiel:
“It is not for your sake that I act… but for the sake of my holy name, which you have profaned among the nations.”
— Ezekiel 36:22
That hits hard.
There are people who want nothing to do with Jesus—not because of who He is, but because of how we’ve represented Him. If we’re honest, some of us have been part of that. But by His grace, we don’t have to stay there.
This space is for people who still believe—but not like that anymore.
For those who want to follow Jesus in real life—not just attend things.
For those who care more about becoming like Him than keeping up appearances.
We’re not here to impress.
We’re here to walk with Christ—and help others do the same.
Not perfect.
Not polished.
But rooted.
Faithful.
Real.
